We have lived in our current home for eighteen years and it has seen three phases: bachelor pad, newlyweds, family of two. Needless to say, we outgrew our humble home and needed something accommodating of these changes. David's proficiency brought to life what we envisioned in a manner that gave us warmth, function, and the right touches of grandeur. His personable demeanor made the process feel as though we were working alongside a friend with our best interest in mind. David is also readily available; his communication is impeccable and timely, which was greatly appreciated. We could not have asked for a better person to have guided us through and to our forever home!

David made the custom home design process a breeze. From answering every phone call to working well into the night to create our perfect home that is exactly what we wanted. He was very good at listening and provided valuable input regarding the many ideas we had come up with. He also kept us informed throughout the entire design and drafting process which was quite comforting. Without hesitation, David agreed to help us with any changes needed, and did so at a reasonable cost and in an amazing time frame. He was a standup guy from start to finish - both times! Major Remodel & Flip

I was recently undertaking my first major residential home remodel to flip, and was seeking someone to develop permit and construction plans that utilized the existing structure to the extent possible, while simultaneously modernizing the design and appealing to the broadest audience of potential buyers. Relative to the other designers I talked to, David was more practical and innovative in balancing my vision for the perfect remodel versus the cost/benefit aspects of all of the upgrade & remodel options we discussed. It was definitely beneficial to me that David did not simply draw up everything I asked for, but instead promoted a collaborative approach that enabled me to think through all of my choices and identify some really great alternative ideas that I ended up building.
